Introducing Woodbine Mansion

Built in 1895, the historic Woodbine Mansion provides an authentic timeless setting for special events.

The beautifully manicured property features towering magnolias, private gardens and two spacious courtyards for outdoor entertaining. The newly renovated space maintains much of the building’s history and Neoclassical character. While modifying the property to host large events, great care and attention was given to preserving the original chandeliers and ornate details.

The Woodbine Mansion is nestled in downtown Round Rock, conveniently located just minutes from Austin.

SERVICE

Venue Use Fees

$5,500 to $10,500

The fee fluctuates depending on time of year and day of the week.
A Saturday evening in peak season is $10,500.

FEE INCLUDES

- Tables and chairs for 250 guests
- 7 private changing rooms
- Vendor green rooms
- Parking onsite; handicap accessible
- Winter pricing includes clear lawn tent
- Exclusive use of space for 13 hours

Food + Beverage

The below numbers are based on the average of three proposals obtained from
local caterers on the venue's preferred list.

Additional Rentals

The venue provides tables and chairs for up to 250 guests.
The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.

100 guests = $1,300
150 guests = $2,000
200 guests = $3,200
250 guests = $4,300

Outdoor Tenting

Tenting is not necessary for weddings with fewer than 85 guests.
A clear-top 60 x 66’ Losberger tent is included in winter season rental fee.
The below tenting estimates are for summer, spring and fall weddings.
Numbers are based on classic white top frame tent and estimates include labor and fees.

Heating + Cooling

It's difficult to heat or cool an outside space unless fully enclosed
in a tent, but it's common to rent mushroom propane heaters
or port-a-coolers to help with temperature regulation.

Woodbine Mansion is located close to many popular hotels and restaurants in both Round Rock, and Downtown Austin.

Many Woodbine couples love the convenience and aesthetic of the nearby Ruby Hotel & Bar. We highly recommend a room-block here!

Bussing

Woodbine Mansion is very accessible for ride-sharing options.
It’s not common for couples to bus guests, but if you wish to bus from Austin, local wedding planners love Roadrunner Charters.

You are not required to offer valet, but it is an elegant option.
