The fee fluctuates depending on the the day of the week.

Saturday rate is $10,500

Friday and Sunday weddings are $7,500

Weekday weddings are $5,500

- Private bridal suite (early access granted)

- 12 hours of rental to include 10 hours on wedding day

Additional Rentals

The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.

The venue provides 300 white resin chairs, and tables of varying sizes.

Our rental calculations take this into account.

The venue recommends guest counts of 200 or less, for those hosting both ceremony & reception; however, the property can accommodate guest counts up to 300 if dinner is served cocktail-style.

The most common inquiries are for the following: a Chapel ceremony fits 200 seated; the Villa Dining Room fits 200 seated; a Gazebo ceremony fits 50 seated; an outdoor ceremony on the Lakeview Terrace fits 170 seated, plus extra rows in the courtyard for up to 200.

OUTDOORS

Heating + Cooling

 

Plan to rent outdoor heaters and cooling fans should you wish to use them in outdoor areas. All indoor spaces have full centralized heating and air.

 

Sound + Lighting

 

Most couples use existing property lighting, including festoon lights draped in the courtyard.

Estimate includes working with DJ or band to provide ceremony sound, dance floor lighting, and uplights (estimate $750).

 

UTILITIES

Additional Power

 

It’s rare to bring extra power to this venue. Plenty of power for band, DJ and additional lighting.

 

Stage + Dance floor

 

- $1,200 is the average price of bringing in a third-party stage for a band.
- Most couples use existing flooring for the dance floor.

 

Restroom Facilities

 

The Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite both have private restrooms upstairs. Guests have access to ample restrooms downstairs, including one ADA compliant single restroom with a changing table.

 

TRAVEL

Bussing

It is highly recommended to provide shuttle transportation or encourage ride-share.

Valet

Guest counts over 125 are charged $300 for additional parking attendants.

Guest counts over 220 are charged $600 for extra parking attendants.

Parking

Villa Antonia has parking spaces for 100 vehicles.

Ride-share and bussing from nearby hotels are encouraged. Some nearby hotels offer arrangements for bussing with large guest room blocks.
