The Mansion is a stately, elegant, venue located in the heart of downtown Austin. This property was Designed by Dallas architect Henry Coke Knight to be the state headquarters for the Texas Federation of Women; couples love the rich history and timeless design. The Mansion is registered as a Texas Historic Landmark. Since opening its doors in 1931, this property has been a favorite place for locals to entertain and celebrate.

Venue Use Fees

$2,500 to $4,500

The fee fluctuates depending on the the day of the week.

Peak Season Saturday rate is $4,500

Food + Beverage

Below numbers based on the average of three proposals obtained from caterers on the venue's preferred list. Bar pricing based on estimates from Spec’s Wine, Spirits, and Foods.

Additional Rentals

The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.

The venue provides white resin chairs, and tables of varying sizes for a fee. The below rental order prices take in-house rentals into consideration.

Bussing

It is rare to provide shuttle transportation, as it’s convenient to encourage ride-share. Pricing is included for couples who wish to bus guests to the venue.

- $6,000 for 250 Guests

Valet

You are not required to offer valet, but it is an elegant option.

- $900 for 100 Guests (25 cars)
- $1,600 for 150 Guests (50 cars)
- $2,100 for 200 Guests (75 cars)
- $2,700 for 250 Guests (100 cars)

Parking

Parking is located behind the venue, with additional guest parking in a free parking garage that’s a 4-minute walk from the venue’s entrance.
