This luxury Hill Country estate is located less than an hour from Austin, near the famous Hamilton Pools, and is ideal for private events. The ranch features accommodations for up to five families and plenty of activities to keep your group busy throughout the wedding weekend. From hiking and outdoor sports, to lounging in the infinity pool at sunset, you and your guests will treasure your time together at this secluded retreat.

Venue Use Fees

The fee fluctuates depending on the time of year and day of the week.

Peak Season Saturday rate is $16,000 for the weekend.

Outdoor Tenting

Heating + Cooling

Pricing based on third-party mushroom propane heaters or port-a-coolers to help with temperature regulation.

Most couples use existing property lighting, including festoon lights draped in the courtyard.

UTILITIES

Additional Power

Plenty of power for a DJ, but plan to bring a silent generator for a larger wedding with a band. Generators are typically around $600 to rent.

Stage + Dance floor

Plan to bring in a band stage and dance floor from a third-party rental company if desired. $2,300 on average for both stage and dance floor.

Restroom Facilities
