Introducing One Eleven East

One Eleven East is an urban loft event space located in charming downtown Hutto, Texas. If you're looking for a modern aesthetic with historical charm, One Eleven East does not disappoint! Originally built in 1893, this venue is industrial, intimate and beautifully simple.

One Eleven East is one of the few venues in the Austin-area to offer indoor ceremonies flooded with natural light. As a year-round venue, couples have the peace of mind knowing that inclement weather will not impact their special day.

SERVICE

Venue Use Fees

$3,500 to $7,000

The fee fluctuates depending on the time of year and day of the week.
A Saturday evening in peak season is $7,000.

FEE INCLUDES
- Second floor loft suites
- Tables and chairs for 150 guests, 6 cocktail tables, 3 bistro tables, 6-piece lounge set
- Decorative outdoor lighting
- One hour ceremony rehearsal time, scheduled 1 month in advance
- Exclusive use of indoor and outdoor spaces for 12 hours

The below numbers are based on the average of three proposals obtained from local
caterers on the venue's preferred list:

Additional Rentals

The venue provides tables and chairs for up to 150 guests with additional in-house rentals for guest counts up to 250. The venue also includes a variety of lounge furniture and additional offerings at a very fair price!

The included tables do not require a linen.

The below numbers are based on elegant basics from a mid-priced rental store.

100 Guests = $1,400
150 Guests = $1,900
200 Guests (cocktail style seating) = $2,400
250 Guests (cocktail style seating) = $2,900

Outdoor Tenting

No additional tenting is needed at recommended capacity.

- Skylight room used for ceremony
- Guests transition to main hall or outdoor courtyard for cocktail hour

Heating + Cooling

Central AC and Heat provided throughout indoor spaces.

- Estimate $150 per port-a-cooler
- Estimate $150 per propane heater

Sound + Lighting

Couples are encouraged to use their DJ or band for ceremony sound (microphones) and reception lighting.

- $750 average spend for sound and lighting
- Includes ceremony AV + minimal lighting
