The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.
The venue provides all the furniture needed for a 300 person wedding. The only rentals you need to bring in are linens, napkins, china, glassware and flatware.

Outdoor Tenting
Tenting is not necessary for any wedding under 300 guests.
It’s seamless to transition guests from the chapel, to the covered patio, then into the barn.
Heating + Cooling
The venue comes with outdoor heaters and cooling fans should you wish to use them.
All indoor areas have built-in heating and cooling.
Sound + Lighting
It is not common to bring in third-party lighting or sound. The chapel is fully equipped with all lighting and sound needs, as is the main barn. Most bands or DJs will come with their own decorative or entertainment lighting.
