Family owned and operated, this beautiful venue has been hosting social events for the past 20 years. It's easy to forget The Allan House is conveniently located in Downtown Austin. At every turn, inviting southern verandas offer views of the property's lush outdoor spaces.

Venue Use Fees

$3,000 to $10,500

The fee fluctuates depending on the time of year and day of the week.

Peak Season Saturday rate is $9,000.

The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.
The venue provides tables and chairs for up to 150 guests.
