Cactus Moon Lodge

Intentionally imagined for weddings, rehearsal dinners and private gatherings for 100 guests or fewer, this enchanted property attracts couples who love to travel, appreciate art and nature and want a modern space that reflects their unique style. 

The 26-acre property is home to multiple unique casitas and terraces. Cactus Moon Lodge only accepts a limited amount of events per year so reservations are encouraged as quickly as possible!

SERVICE

Venue Use Fees

$19k includes 2 nights lodging for up to 18 guests and one special event for up to 100 guests. Additional nights may be available to add on pending availability. One second event is allowed (such as rehearsal dinner or brunch) for an additional fee and some restrictions.​​


All special event bookings (up to 100 persons) include a property buy out. The "buy out" of the lodge for your event includes the main lodge, pool areas, star gazing decks, courtyard, all casitas, 20+ acres and includes two nights lodging (for up to 18 persons) for your intimate enjoyment.

The venue also includes many rentals such as black cafe chairs, wooden tables, candles and succulent centerpieces, surround sound and cafe lights.

Food + Beverage

The below numbers are based on the average of three proposals obtained from caterers on the venue's preferred list. Bar pricing is based on estimates from the venue’s exclusive bartending partner. Pricing below does include all fees and taxes!

Additional Rentals

The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.

The venue provides 100 black cafe chairs and 15 wood tables. Our rental calculations take this into account.

CAPACITY

This space is truly best for 100 person max events or less.

OUTDOORS

Heating + Cooling

 

Plan to rent outdoor heaters and cooling fans should you wish to use them in outdoor areas. All indoor spaces have full centralized heating and air.

 

Sound + Lighting

 

Most couples use existing property lighting, including festoon lights draped in the courtyard.

Estimate of $750 includes working with DJ or band to provide ceremony sound. The property does have surround sound for playing music.

 

UTILITIES

Additional Power

 

It’s rare to bring extra power to this venue. Plenty of power for band, DJ and additional lighting.

 

Stage + Dance floor

 

$1,200 is the average price of bringing in a third-party stage for a band.

Most couples use existing flooring for the dance floor.

 

Restroom Facilities

 

 All casitas have private restrooms.

Event restrooms are located off the main breezeway for guests who are not staying onsite.

Bussing
